Pingsta ICE™ Lead (PIL) is a feature that enables Pingsta ICE™ customers to appoint a Pingsta ICE™ expert as their dedicated engineer or PIL. The dedicated engineer gets the first-right-of-refusal for all the customer's tasks for a preset hold-time period that ranges from 30 minutes to 24 hours.

The PIL feature was created to:

• Enable independent network consultants simplify task and payment management of their various ad-hoc small, medium business customers by having them subscribe to Pingsta ICE™ Pro and making the consultant their PIL.
• Enable ICE customers to appoint an ICE engineer with a unique prior indepth understanding of their network as their dedicated engineer.

For independent network consultants that are Pingsta members; have your customer/s

• Subscribe to Pingsta ICE™ Pro
• Go to Account Settings => Add a PIL => and add you as their PIL using only your Pingsta member number.
• Set the appropriate hold-time. Note that only you, their PIL, will be notified of all their new tasks for the duration of the hold-time. Tasks that are not accepted before the hold-time expires are intelligently routed to appropriate Pingsta ICE™ engineers and one of them will accept and resolve the task as normal.

For independent network consultants that are not currently Pingsta members;

• Request for a Pingsta membership using this form and once you've signed up, follow steps A,B & C above. Note that Pingsta membership is only open to expert network engineers.

For Pingsta ICE™ customers that would like to appoint a dedicated engineer:

• Ask your ICE engineer for their Pingsta member number
• Go to Account Settings => Add a PIL => and enter your PIL member number
• Set the hold-time and Save. All new tasks you create will be sent to only your PIL. Tasks that are not accepted by your PIL before the hold-time expires are intelligently routed as normal to appropriate Pingsta ICE™ experts and one of them will accept and resolve it.

To independent network consultants
